Welcome to Be Limitless Through Hypnosis! Join us at MFRL - Blacksburg Library for an exciting event where you can discover the power of your subconscious mind. Learn how hypnosis can help you break free from limitations and achieve your full potential. Whether you're looking to overcome fears, improve confidence, or enhance performance, this event is for you. Don't miss this opportunity to explore the possibilities of hypnosis in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Background on this event: You may have heard, “ Change your brain, change your life” . As an amateur neuroscientist I’ve learned this to be true.
I’d just finished studying neuroplasticity course at MIT Sloan School of Management, when I developed dementia caused by severe and prolonged trauma.
I learned is that slowing your brain waves can help your brain work more effectively and with less effort. When you slow your brain waves it helps you rewire your brain faster and more impactfully. You can rewire your brain and then make the connection thicker and stronger through deliberate action.
Long story short, I studied my way out of dementia. Now, it is my goal to use what I’ve learned to help others to:
Experience pain relief and teach the body to heal itself. ( like Dr. Joe Dispenza says, the mind can heal the body)
During this 45 minute session I will encourage you to participate in the opportunity to change your mind. This will be done through calming your mind; letting go of pain and bringing in healing and energy and promoting an attitude of gratitude. Then, we will work on re-framing. My attitude is that life happens for us, not to us.
Please bring: a notebook and two journals. One journal will be used for gratitude and the other for future planning.
This is not a fundraiser, but we welcome donations. Donations help pay for us to train, provide services ( such as pain relief) to people who can’t afford it, such as people in hospice. Our goal is to help as many people in hospice reduce their pain, so they can reduce their need for morphine and be coherent as long as desired.
